Idea: A golf cart wheel (with a sanding belt around it) on a mandrel run by a small electric motor, maybe variable speed or wired through a dimmer switch. The wheel could be filled with air to "tension" the sanding belt. It would be good for shaping/sanding odd shaped objects like paddles/ oars, sprits, decoys, axe handles, etc.
